Brace bar for stretcher bars series LV.
The brace bars are used to provide additional solidity to larger canvases and, in particular for canvases which are especially long and narrow.
The length, indicated in the article description refers to the size of the stretcher bar for which the brace bar is needed, but in fact the length of the brace bar is less than a few centimetres.
For this series, the brace bar is lower than 3 cm with respect to the stretcher bar (example: for the 30 cm side the brace bar is 27 cm long).
The wedges are used to uniformly stretch the canvas. They are to be inserted in the appropriate slots after having applied the canvas to the frame.
Wedges must be ordered separately. They are supplied in the following packs:
